A refused delivery is one where either the subscriber, or someone on their property refuses delivery of the paper. This can include telling the delivery person to take it back, telling the delivery person to put it somewhere illegal (such as a mailbox), closing and locking access to the property, or any other action that would prevent delivery.

If a delivery is refused, we return your paper to our office. We will hold all deliveries until the situation is resolved, or 30 days, at which time we will consider the account canceled. We will attempt to call the subscriber at least 5 times in those 30 days.

If you have any questions, please call (406) 952-3021, and we can help get you answers!
