Meet Nadja
Once a tiny feral kitten who evaded capture long after her family was trapped, Nadja has always marched to the beat of her own drum. She followed other colony cats for days, keeping her distance and observing before finally allowing herself to be brought in.
Now that she’s spent time in a loving foster home, Nadja’s personality has truly begun to blossom. Her independent spirit remains, but she has discovered the simple joys of indoor life—especially the luxury of a warm lap. Nadja is surprisingly affectionate, seeking out her humans for cuddle time and curling up for cozy naps. She still prefers a calm environment and may let her bolder brothers take the lead in new situations, but she’s learning every day that people can be pretty wonderful.
Nadja will thrive in a patient, gentle home that gives her space when needed and love when she’s ready—which, more and more, is all the time.
