In early December, 9-year-old Callie Finnicum was diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a rare and aggressive form of bone cancer. Despite the challenges and uncertainties associated with her diagnosis, Callie has exhibited remarkable courage and continues to illuminate every space with her smile and spirit.

Callie’s treatment plan is extensive and demanding, requiring several months of chemotherapy, followed by surgery, and subsequently more chemotherapy. Physicians estimate that this course of treatment will span between 7 to 9 months. To access the specialized care necessary for her recovery, Callie and her family must travel from Montana to Utah every 2.5 weeks, which imposes additional financial burdens alongside the medical expenses.

While insurance covers a portion of her treatment, many critical costs remain uncovered.

Callie’s family is seeking financial assistance with medical bills not covered by insurance, travel costs for treatments, and everyday living expenses. If you would like to help, please visit her GoFundMe page at https://fpc-go.com/cae.
