At approximately 1:50 PM on January 21st, Great Falls Fire Rescue crews responded to a structure fire near the Steinhaus location in downtown Great Falls. Preliminary reports indicate that the fire originated from Howard’s Pizza.

Later, at around 4:00 PM on the same day, there were reports of a second fire at the Aspen Village Apartments, located at the intersection of 11th Avenue South and 30th Street. Firefighters are on the scene working diligently to evacuate residents from the affected apartments to ensure their safety. Emergency services are currently assessing the situation and addressing any potential hazards.

Great Falls Fire Rescue expressed their gratitude on their Facebook page, stating, “GFFR would like to say THANK YOU to Smoked American Barbecue for their generous offer of providing dinner for D-Shift today. They were quick to handle dinner plans for our firefighters, knowing our crews were working on a structure fire just a few blocks away. We are so appreciative and proud to serve this community!”
