Due to popular demand, we are excited to announce that starting in January, The Great Falls Gazette will transition to a six-day-a-week publishing schedule. This change is designed to enhance the timely distribution of news and information relevant to our community, ensuring that our subscribers have access to the latest local news more frequently.
The Great Falls Gazette will be lowering our cover prices as we transition to our six-day-a-week schedule, as we will encounter a smaller number of pages per issue as we continue to grow. As we move through the year, you’ll see the papers fill out again. The plan is for more of the overhead to be covered by advertising (we have some really amazing advertisers!) and thus we shouldn’t need to raise the cover price.
For those who wish to take advantage of this new publishing schedule, subscribers will have two options for upgrading to a full-week subscription. They can either choose to shorten the term of their existing subscription or pay the additional fee required to access the full six days of content. Those who want to stay with the editions they have now, we will credit your account to ensure you don’t pay more than you should.
