The Sunday Sampler is a staple for this community where folks roam freely through the city’s museums’ halls, specific presentations are given, and we all invite the public to participate in our growing museum culture.

To help the community get a sneak preview, the Great Falls Public Library will host the 2024 Museum Showcase to show the community a small taste of what each Museum has to offer. The Museum Showcase will be on Thursday, April 11th from 6 to 8 pm on the first and second floors of the Great Falls Public Library. Booths from the participating Museums will be accessible to the public for two hours during this event. A raffle prize will be available to those who complete the passport from this event by visiting every booth. The Library will provide some light food and beverages for this event on Thursday.

The Sunday Sampler is on Sunday, April 14th. The library is closed on Sundays and will not be open for that event. Find out more information about it on Facebook.

The organizations participating in the Sunday Sampler are: the Paris Gibson Square Museum of Art, the C.M. Russell Museum, the Children’s Museum of Montana, the Malmstrom Air Force Base Museum, the First Peoples’ Buffalo Jump, the History Museum of Cascade County, the Ursuline Centre, Galerie Trinitas at the University of Providence, the Montana Museum of Railroad History and the Lewis and Clark Interpretive Center.
