Public Service Commissioner Randy Pinocci Arrested

Public Service Commissioner Randy Pinocci was arrested in Great Falls on Friday the 13th. Cascade County Sheriff Jesse Slaughter announced in a press conference Friday morning that Pinocci was booked and held on a $2,500 bond. Randy Pinocci has been charged with two felony counts of tampering with witnesses or informants in connection with a July incident.

Cascade County Libertarian Party Opts to Not Endorse Any of the Mayoral or City Commissioner Candidates

Cascade County Libertarian Party (CCLP) released a statement today confirming that they would not endorse any candidates in city elections next month. Their press release listed issues stemming from not being critical of the current budget, community outcomes, or City Commission decisions over the past 50 years; The fact that the library levy was on the June ballot and not the November one; and the fact that the candidates overlooked the role they can play in the community.
