Public Service Commissioner Randy Pinocci was arrested in Great Falls on Friday the 13th. Cascade County Sheriff Jesse Slaughter announced in a press conference Friday morning that Pinocci was booked and held on a $2,500 bond. Randy Pinocci has been charged with two felony counts of tampering with witnesses or informants in connection with a July incident.

Cascade County Libertarian Party Opts to Not Endorse Any of the Mayoral or City Commissioner Candidates

Cascade County Libertarian Party (CCLP) released a statement today confirming that they would not endorse any candidates in city elections next month. Their press release listed issues stemming from not being critical of the current budget, community outcomes, or City Commission decisions over the past 50 years; The fact that the library levy was on the June ballot and not the November one; and the fact that the candidates overlooked the role they can play in the community.

UPDATE 10/13/23 7PM – From Great Falls Police Department – Mliyah has been located and is safe. Her parent has picked her up from the police department in another town. Thank you for all of the shares and tips, we sure appreciate the help.

MISSING JUVENILE – SPO Crouch and SRO Munkres are asking for your help in locating 16 year-old Maliyah Henry.

It is believed Maliyah ran away from her home, in the 2700 block of 9th Ave N, sometimes between 12am and 6am today (10/10/23).
