
The Cascade County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Jeremy Alan Weber, a Technical Sergeant on active duty at Malmstrom Air Force Base, on multiple felony charges pertaining to the possession of child sexual abuse material.
On August 28, 2025, the Internet Crimes Against Children Detectives of the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office received 386 CyberTipline reports from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. These reports contained disturbing imagery depicting the sexual exploitation of children, including infants and toddlers.
Through a comprehensive investigation that involved collaboration with internet service providers, detectives traced the illicit activity to an IP address associated with Weber’s residence located at 1107 Elderberry Court on Malmstrom Air Force Base. This investigation was conducted in conjunction with the Malmstrom Air Force Office of Special Investigations.
On September 12, 2025, the detectives executed a search warrant at Weber’s residence, resulting in his arrest on charges of Sexual Abuse of Children, Montana Code Annotated 45-5-625 1(e) (10 Counts) – Felony
These charges pertain to the knowing possession of visual or print media in which a child is engaged in sexual conduct. Weber is currently in custody at the Cascade County Detention Center, held on a bond of $400,000, with additional pending charges in this case.
“The protection of children from exploitation and abuse remains one of our highest priorities,” said Sheriff Jesse Slaughter in a press release. “We will continue to work diligently with our federal partners to investigate these serious crimes and hold offenders accountable.”
