Mitchell Wesley Parker of Redmond, WA, formerly of Power MT, went to be with his Lord & Savior on
July 26, 2025, 9 months after his wife of 55 years, Eunice passed. Mitch suffered complications from diabetes.

Mitch was born on October 30, 1942 in Livingston, MT, to Wes & Pearl Parker. They moved to Power
in 1944. As a young boy Mitch learned work ethics delivering the Great Falls paper. He then
apprenticed under his father and became a butcher and worked in the family grocery store. After
high school he went to University of MT Western in Dillon MT. After deciding that wasn’t his cup of
tea, he joined the Navy. He traveled to Japan and various other places.

He moved to the Seattle WA area where he met and married Eunice.

Mitch worked for Buttrey grocery in Great Falls and Albertsons in WA. He was a butcher for over 60
years.

Mitch enjoyed hunting & fishing & watching the Sea Hawks. His niece won him over & he finally enjoyed watching college ball and became a Griz fan.

He is survived by his sisters, Jeannette Kopetski, Deenie Sullivan & Pam Beck, and several nieces &
nephews. One granddaughter, Carla Fauber (Tim), grandson, Ken of Hawaii, and a special nephew
Dan Schaaf (his helping hand).

His sisters would especially like to thank Dan, Carla & her husband Tim for all they did for Mitch &
Eunice over the years.
