Cirque Italia is set to enchant audiences with a new production that tells the whimsical tale of Rafael, a farm boy whose life is turned upside down when a tornado whisks him away to the heart of a bustling city. This captivating adventure explores themes of self-discovery and unity as Rafael, the Clown, humorously navigates the often chaotic urban environment, meeting a variety of characters that reflect the rich diversity of city life.
The show will feature thrilling acts such as the striking Trampoline Wall, which pays tribute to the city’s vibrant street culture, and the intellectually impressive Straps Act. The performance also includes the Rolls Bolla, which highlights high society, and the Fire Act, which sheds light on the struggles of the homeless amidst urban challenges.
Spectators will be entertained by a variety of characters in the Quick Change act, embrace the free-spirited vibe of the Rope act inspired by the ’60s hippie culture, and feel the energy of Juggling with its punk-rock flair. A romantic narrative unfolds in the Hand to Hand act, while Skates brings the spirit of athletic competition to life with a cheerleader/jock extravaganza.
Concluding the grand spectacle is the Swing act, a heartwarming tribute to the city’s senior citizens, culminating in a lively country line dance that embodies the show’s celebration of diversity and inclusivity.
