The City of Great Falls Animal Shelter is pleased to announce that operations will be returning to the primary shelter facility located at 1010 25th Avenue NE, Great Falls, MT 59404, following the completion of extensive renovations.
To accommodate the transition, the shelter will be closed to the public on Saturday, April 19, 2025. Normal operations will resume on Monday, April 21, 2025, at the main location.
Since the beginning of renovations, the shelter has been temporarily operating out of a facility at 2701 16th Street NE in Black Eagle. The Great Falls Animal Shelter would like to express its sincere appreciation to the public for their continued support and understanding throughout this period of temporary relocation.
The return to the upgraded facility marks a significant milestone in the shelter’s ongoing commitment to providing high-quality care for animals in our community.
