Jason Stringer and his family have a longstanding connection to the Times Square building, and when the opportunity to purchase it arose, they seized the chance to embark on restoration efforts. Originally, the structure was comprised of two separate buildings that were subsequently combined to form the Times Square complex.

The building is currently in a dilapidated state, which necessitates a significant amount of renovation work. Ongoing improvements include the modernization of elevators, as well as upgrades to heating and cooling systems, all of which have been replaced. “I got a lot of stuff done already, but a lot more to go,” explained Jason.

Future plans include the modernization of the fire alarm system, including the installation of advanced smoke and heat detectors. Additionally, there are intentions to install handicapped accessible doors to ensure compliance with current building codes.

At present, there are very few available spaces for lease, providing several new shopping opportunities at Times Square. Various events have already been hosted in the hallways, including a Christmas celebration, a Halloween haunted house, and a New Year’s Eve ball drop. “We just definitely plan on using it for more events and doing things there and just trying to bring it back to life,” explained Jason.

The building features a diverse array of businesses, including Weissman CPA, Wolfpack MMA, AA, Carlos Private Gaming Club, Municipal Band, Vaporium Vape Shop, Mad Studios Photography, Shin Karate-DO Martial Arts, OverHere Consulting Blind Services, 406 Leather and More, Art Up Montana Art Gallery, Electric City Logistics Shipping, Hallowed Ground Tattoo, Stranger Things, LGBTQ, Tickle Bee Photography, Serenity Spa, Tee Amigos Custom Shirts, 406 Rising Phoenix Life Coaches, and The Hidden Cave 2nd Hand Store.
