On the very first day of the current legislative session, nine (9) Republican Senators, including Senator Wendy McKamey, betrayed their constituents by joining Democrats to give the Democrats a de facto 27-23 advantage in the Senate despite the fact Republicans should hold a 32-18 majority.  What is the consequence of this action?  It means Pat Flowers is now the de facto Senate President which allows these nine “Benedict Arnolds” to receive key legislative committee assignments and join Democrats on critical votes like making sure Medicaid expansion is here to stay.  It also includes critical votes usually tied to legislative priorities or funding streams dedicated to keeping the deep state churning along.  These nine “Republicans” are the very definition of RINO, willing to sell their constituents down the river so they can have more power and control.  If you are a conservative who cast a vote for Wendy McKamey on November 5, did you know you were voting for a wolf in sheep’s clothing?  If not, I hope you will contact Senator McKamey at Wendy.McKamey@legmt.gov or at 406-587-8608 to express your disappointment and disgust with this complete betrayal of the conservative values she is supposed to stand for.
