Alliance for Youth is looking for organizations or individuals to help bring joy to the youth of our community this holiday season with gifts.
Mittens that include clothing and shoe sizes, favorite colors, and interests of children have been placed on holiday trees for this purpose.
“Each year, we provide the kids a Traditional Christmas dinner, presents , and a family style celebration,” explained Anjie Altschwager. “In December, we will go to the Park Place Nursing and Rehabilitation Center to sing carols and give handmade ornaments. I like to get the kids excited about giving back to others during this season.”
