The Petition To Repeal Cascade County Ordinance 23-62 Can Be Signed At The Old Liberty Hall At
721 10th Ave South, Great Falls.

“Come to Liberty Hall this weekend and sign my petition, which would put the question of returning election duties to the Cascade County Clerk/Recorder on the ballot for the voters to decide. Send your family and friends too.”
The resolution having many holes took away your ability to vote for the person who performs this job duty and placed that choice with the commissioners. This is fine when you have a commissioner who chooses as you do. But what happens when they don’t?
The petition puts on the ballot a vote by the citizens to make this change and puts the power if passed afterwards back with the people. Don’t miss this important opportunity to restore your right to vote for this most important position.
