Great Falls, Mt – The West Ridge Condominium Association of Great Falls had their 2nd annual Christmas fundraiser this year and gathered funds from the residents in the 34 units in the West Ridge Condominiums, to help a family in need at Skyline School.

The Secretary of the association, Mary Ann Seitz, came up with the idea last year. “Mary Ann Seitz was the inspiration for this idea,” explained Bob Roach, chairman of the West Ridge Condominium Association. “Our board accepted it and we just went wholeheartedly along with it. We did this last year and this year, and our neighbors provided more money this year than last year.”

The principal of Skyline School, Collette Getten, and the faculty chose a family of five to receive the donation this year. Most of the money was spent on toys, clothes, shoes, and more for the family, and the school food pantry received the rest.

Special thanks to all who were involved in this wonderful Christmas giving. One of the residents of the West Ridge Condominium community, Gene Collins, donated a complete Christmas turkey dinner. The treasurer, Lyall Tesch, collected the donations and delivered the gifts and money to Skyline School. Other residents who helped with everything including wrapping gifts included JoAnn Roach, Kathy Tesch, Marsha Nelson, Terri Kessner, Laura Palagi, Jean Klundt, and Peg Gentry.

The West Ridge Condominium Association was excited to receive a card signed by the faculty and staff of Skyline School.
