GFPD Seeking Assistance in Identifying Victim

GREAT FALLS, MT – Just after 6pm on 12/22/23, the Great Falls Police Department was called to the 1100
block of 5th Ave. South to investigate a pickup truck versus motorcycle collision. Officers quickly developed information the motorcycle and driver had been intentionally hit by a pickup. The male driver of the motorcycle was severely injured and is currently in critical condition.

Arrests have been made at this time. Great Falls resident, Deshaun Miller, 18 years old, has been
arrested for Felony Assault with a Weapon, Felony Tampering with or Fabricating Physical
Evidence and Felony Criminal Endangerment. A juvenile male, has also been charged with Felony
Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence.

The Great Falls Police Department has exhausted all leads and methods in identifying the injured
motorcycle driver and are now requesting the public’s help in identifying him.

At the time of the incident the male victim was wearing a Black Kirkland brand jacket, a white t-
shirt, green sweatpants, and gray & teal colored Converse tennis shoes (Men’s size 10).

The male is physically described as having a light skin tone, hazel eyes, medium length brown hair, a thin and short mustache with some brown colored chin hair. He is estimated to be 5’7” to 5’9” in height and approximately 160 lbs. He is estimated to be in his 20’s but please know this could range from late teens to early thirties.

The male victim has some very distinct tattoos. One tattoo is the initials “SL” on his right forearm. On the outside of his left shin he has a set of lips and teeth biting a marijuana leaf, and on his left forearm he has a faint tattoo in green and red ink of a faint crown.
