The Livingston-based, fan-favorite group Little Jane and the Pistol Whips returns to the Library for a free show on August 6th from 7 to 9 pm as part of the Summer Music in the Library Park Series.

This energetic, talented country/Americana band, fronted by Ashly Jane Holland, was formed in 2008. To date, Little Jane and the Pistol Whips’ music includes three albums of original music written by Holland. These songs are sure to touch your heart and get your toes tapping. Recorded in September of 2022, the band released its third full-length studio album called “Long Road Ahead” in 2023. They performed last year in front of a full crowd of people in a Summer Music in Library Park show, as well.

For Tuesday’s performance, be sure to bring chairs and/or a blanket to sit on in the park. We will have a food truck on hand, also.

The next performances at the library following this one are The Lucky Valentines on August 13, John Floridis on August 20 and Sally Jo and Friends Blue Grass on August 27.

Our sponsors this year are TDS Fiber, the Great Falls Public Library Foundation, Scheels, Montana Credit Union, Bravera Bank and First Interstate Bank. In the event of bad weather, the performances will take place in the Cordingley Room.
