On the afternoon of October 28, 2025, at 3:45 PM, Great Falls Fire Rescue received a report regarding a fire on the front porch of the residence located at 625 5th Ave S. Engine 1 promptly arrived at the scene and discovered a small smoldering fire in the front corner of the porch. The incident resulted in minor damage to the porch and railing. Following an investigation, it was concluded that the fire was caused by the improper disposal of cigarettes.
