
On September 30th, a gathering took place to commemorate the retirement of Chief Jeremy Jones, following his remarkable 27-year career with Great Falls Fire Rescue. Numerous speakers acknowledged the commitment and leadership that Chief Jones has exhibited throughout his career. With the same dedication and leadership, he is now transitioning to the role of Deputy City Manager.
During the event, Chief Jones expressed his deep gratitude, highlighting the significance of family in his life and offering heartfelt thanks to all those who have supported him over the years.
A formal final call marked the occasion, “Today we honored Chief Jeremy Jones, who has faithfully served Great Falls Fire Rescue for 27 years. Through thick and thin, Great Falls Fire Rescue has been his family, and he is ours. With strength and determination, Chief Jones has led us through difficult times and has sat beside us in moments of pride and triumph. As he hangs up his white hat as Fire Chief, his service continues through the role of City Deputy Manager, where he will continue his passion for community betterment.
