
Update: Albert Richard Denny has been captured.
On August 21st, at approximately 12:30 pm, the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals Service attempted to apprehend Albert Richard Denny, who was wanted on a warrant for a probation violation of a suspended sentence.
Denny sped away in a vehicle as officers moved in to make the arrest. Moments later, he crashed at the intersection of 8th Street South and 17th Avenue South, abandoned the wreck and escaped on foot.
Denny was last seen running toward the Grandview Trailer Park. He is described as a Native American male, 29 years old, approximately 6’0” tall, 195 pounds, brown hair, and brown eyes. Denny was last seen wearing a black shirt, khaki pants, and black shoes.
A coordinated search is underway, with teams from the Cascade County Sheriff’s Office, Great Falls Police Department, U.S. Marshals Service, and Montana Probation & Parole combing the area.
