Great Falls is launching a program to introduce a high school baseball program in Spring 2026, providing students with valuable opportunities to develop leadership, discipline, and resilience. These are skills that extend beyond the field. The community has shown its passion for baseball, evidenced by the 1,000 registered players in the local little leagues.

Great Falls Advocates for High School Baseball, in partnership with the Great Falls Public School District, plans to raise $386,150 to cover startup costs and support the program for its first three years across Great Falls High School and C.M. Russell High School. The fundraising timeline includes immediate needs of $101,000 for startup costs by July 31, with additional amounts due for the first year and half of subsequent years leading to a fully operational program.

Community support is essential for the success of this program. Contributions can be made through the Great Falls Public School Foundation, ensuring that donations are tax-deductible. This program aims to empower youth, foster school pride, and strengthen community ties. With the collective effort of supporters, we can help shape the future of young athletes in Great Falls.
