NorthWestern Energy’s customer service office in Great Falls has moved to a new, convenient location at 1 1st Ave. S. in downtown Great Falls. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and offers:
Walk-in service for in-person assistance
A drive-thru for quick and easy payments
A drop box for after-hours payment drop-offs

“We’re excited to provide our Great Falls natural gas and electric customers with a single, convenient location for all their service needs,” said Lori St. Aubin, Director of Customer Care at NorthWestern Energy. “The drive-thru is especially helpful during Montana’s unpredictable weather, and customers will continue to be served by the same friendly team they know and trust.”

The new location is also right across the street from the City of Great Falls Utilities Department at the Civic Center, making it easy for customers to pay both their energy and water bills in one trip.
