Bust out the neon, crank up the boombox, and prepare for a blast from the past at the Dad Bods Wash-A-Thon: Canines & Cars — a throwback fundraiser like no other! Taking place on Saturday, June 21, from 10 AM to 4 PM at Magpie (202 2nd Ave South, Great Falls, MT 59401), this 1990s-themed event will have the whole community saying, “Most triumphant!”

This outrageous event features local dads trading in their dignity (and maybe a little street cred) to don cut-off neon tank tops, Hawaiian shirts, fanny packs, snapback hats, wraparound sport shades, and other retro favorites — all in the name of supporting the City of Great Falls Animal Shelter.

Bring your ride, your pup, or both for a fresh summer scrub! With a suggested donation of $10 per wash, all proceeds go directly to helping the animals at the shelter.

“We’re beyond stoked to have so many rad friends in the community who are willing to suit up in the most nostalgic way possible for a great cause,” said Joseph Parchen, Community Relations Specialist at the shelter. “It’s going to be totally tubular! And trust me — it’s going to be wicked! good time.”

So whether you’re looking to get your car sparkling, give your pup a sudsy treat, or just relive the glory days of slap bracelets and Super Soakers — come down, get washed, and help animals in need. It’s going to be a day full of suds, style, and serious heart.
