Private remodeling related construction work will be occurring at the proposed Pizza Ranch at 2515 10th Ave S which will result in westbound lane closure of 10th Ave S and one of the northbound left turn lanes on 26th St S at this location. The work is scheduled to occur between June 16th and June 27th, 2025. United Materials is the sub-contractor. Temporary barricades and signage will be provided by the contractor.
