The Great Falls Electric, who are the top seed in the TBL’s West Conference’s Pacific Northwest Division with a 20-3 record, faced the #2 Wenatchee (WA) Bighorns (15-8) on Friday for the sixth time during the 2025 TBL season in what could be the possible matchup during next week’s TBL Playoffs.
Great Falls is 4-2 against the Bighorns since the TBL season began in March 2025 with one game (Saturday) remaining in the 2025 Professional Basketball regular season.
The Electric took control in the third quarter after trailing most of the first half inside Great Falls High’s Swarthout Fieldhouse. Great Falls’ offense came alive in the fourth quarter and defeated the Bighorns, 124-109. The Bighorns and the Seattle Super Hawks are the only teams to top the Electric this season.
Robert Upshaw was one of three Electric players to finish the game in double figures. The Fresno, California native who attended the University of Washington scored 36 points on 14-for-17 shooting and grabbed 15 rebounds. KD Moore, who currently leads the team in scoring, spent 43 minutes on the floor acquiring 24 points and gathering 12 boards while Lyle Hexom, who is one of three returning players from the 2024 inaugural team, added 14 points and a team high of 16 rebounds for acting head coach Brendan Howard, who was filling in for Head Coach Steve Keller on Friday night. Howard suited up for the Electric team last season and is a graduate of Great Falls High School.
Tavin Cummings (31 points) and Nick Fleming scored 23 points in 42 minutes to pace Matt Riley’s Bighorns squad. Fleming also had seven rebounds and Chris Cromartie had ten assists to go along with 16 points before being ejected in the fourth quarter for his second technical foul.

NOTES: Before the game, Great Falls Electric’s KD Moore was honored at midcourt by Great Falls General Manager Jim Keough and Glenn Winslow for scoring 2,000 career points in his TBL basketball career. Congrats to KD on the scoring milestone!
