The Great Falls Rotary Club will be conducting its annual shredding fundraiser on May 13th, from 11 am to 1 pm. This event will provide the shredding of banker-sized boxes of documents, which measure 15 inches in length, 10 inches in height, and 12 inches in width, for a fee of $15 per box. Documents containing staples will be accepted.

The Great Falls Rotary Club has offered this shredding service for several years, beginning as a convenience for its members. However, demand for this service has notably increased, especially following the tax season. The event is typically held annually, with occasional additional events throughout the year. Proceeds from this fundraiser will be directed toward the Rotary Club’s international initiative aimed at eradicating polio, as there are still two countries in which the disease has not been eliminated.

The shredding services will be provided by Montana Business Archives and will take place on-site at the parking lot of the Meadow Lark Country Club, located at 300 Country Club Blvd. Participants are invited to drive up with their boxes, at which point Rotary Club members will assist with the unloading and placing the documents into the shredding bins for secure disposal.

For further information, please contact Cari with The Great Falls Rotary Club at (406) 788-3704 and let her know you heard this in The Great Falls Gazette.
