The Cruisin’ The Drag car show is celebrating its 25th anniversary this weekend. This event has attracted automotive and motorcycle enthusiasts for a quarter of a century and is recognized as Montana’s largest and most popular car show. Over nine city blocks along Central Avenue in Great Falls, will be transformed into a spectacular showcase of various vehicles. Attendees can expect to see an extensive collection of classic and modern cars, custom trucks, and motorcycles, all displayed in a festive atmosphere.

Admission to this event is free for the public, ensuring that everyone can join in the celebration. Each vehicle participating in the show requires a registration fee of $20, allowing drivers the chance to compete for awards and recognition. This year, proceeds from the car show will benefit the Great Falls Public School Foundation Food Pantry Program, helping local families in need.

The Cruisin’ the Drag event kicks off with an engaging poker run on Friday, May 2nd, from 6 PM to 9 PM, providing participants with an opportunity to explore the city while enjoying a friendly competition. The car show will take place on Saturday, May 3rd, from 10 AM to 3 PM. Registration for the show will be open from 7:30 AM to 11 AM, with an awards ceremony scheduled for 4 PM. The event will conclude with an exclusive private gathering for car show attendees at The Newberry from 6:30 PM to 10 PM, featuring refreshments and a chance to socialize with fellow car enthusiasts.
