We are very excited to announce that the Tracy/Stockett/Sand Coulee/Centerville route is now running. At this point we just need to increase our subscription in that area by about 5 or 6 people to help support delivery services there. This route includes the aforementioned locations, as well as Eden Road from Stockett Road until Lower River Rd.

Additional routes now in planning are Belt and Ft. Benton, as well as the Ft Benton Loop. Belt will need a location coordinator, however we are in talks with someone for Ft. Benton. The Ft. Benton Loop will include all deliveries (other than in the towns of Belt and Ft. Benton) within 1/2 mile of Highway 89 from Great Falls to Belt, Hwy 331/228 from belt to Ft. Benton, and Hwy 87 from Ft. Benton to Great Falls.

Generally all rural routes must have enough subscribers so that the average distance between stops is 2 miles. New routes are given more latitiude, however that stop every two miles is needed to ensure that drivers receive enough compensation to continue driving the route. All of our route drivers and location coordinators are contractors who live, play, and support their local communities. We love having our route drivers being so connected to their communities, as that is what the Gazette is all about. Building out local communities and supporting them. When you subscribe or advertise with the Gazette, about 80% of that money stays in North Central Montana. About 40% will stay in your neighborhood.

We’re very excited to expand our deliveries outside of Great Falls. As my family has a very rural background, we know how hard it can be to get real local news and in depth articles here. We’re very proud to continue to build on that tradition in our region.
