I would like to give a shout-out to First Interstate Bank for giving me the best customer service support I have ever received.
Recently, First Interstate converted its business online banking platform, and as luck would not have it, I ran into a glitch setting up my new username and password. Within a half hour of calling their Client Contact Center, which was experiencing high call volumes related to this conversion, I received a call from a lady who was easy to understand and knew exactly what she was doing.
After giving me easy-to-follow instructions, she stayed on the line to make sure everything was in working order. When I expressed concern that my situation was taking too much of her time, she said, “Not a problem. This is what we are here for.” If I didn’t know better, I would have thought I was speaking with someone in Great Falls. Thank you, First Interstate Bank, for caring enough about your customers to give us customer service like the old days!
