Home Delivery Making Comeback

Paperboy selling news papers hand drawn,

We are taking some steps towards home delivery and making a comeback. Part of the delay has been coming up with a play to ensure that Home Delivery was successful and having a game plan for reinstating it and ensuring that it was a viable offering.

We’ll be reintroducing service to a couple of neighborhoods to continue testing and to provide areas to begin training new drivers. The search for drivers will be starting soon, and we’re working on taking a hard look at having competitive compensation for drivers. Routes will be smaller than the old routes, and drivers will be allowed to have multiple routes as they progress working with us. We don’t want to be in a situation again where one driver had too large of a percentage of the routes and can cripple our distribution.

Our initial routes have been chosen due to several factors, and once we have drivers trained, we’ll start reopening other routes. If you are interested in a part-time, 3-day-per-week job with super flexible hours, contact Andy or Don for more information, at (406) 952-3021. Driver requirements are own vehicle/insurance, ability to lift 20 lbs, and ability to commit to route(s).
