Utilities Department Office Closure on Thursday, January 9, 2025

The City of Great Falls Utilities Department is typically closed the first Thursday of the month until 10:15 am for a staff meeting and departmental training. For January 2025, the meeting and training schedule has been modified. Rather than closing on Thursday, January 2, 2025, the day after a holiday, the staff meeting and departmental training will be held the morning of Thursday, January 9, 2025 from 8 am until 10:15 am. The office will open at 10:15 am on Thursday, January 9, 2025.

During the office closure, payments can be placed in the dropboxes outside the Convention Center, beside the payment window, or processed online at https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/greatfallsmt/utilities. Calls directed to Utilities Customer Service on the morning of January 9 will go to voicemail, and messages will be returned in the order in which they are received. Messages will be returned as quickly as possible, but please expect delays due to the increased call volume.
