Lindsey and Dr. Rich Nehring have recently opened Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry in Great Falls, Montana. Dr. Nehring received his dental education in Hawaii and has practiced in Great Falls for the past five years at a different dental practice. Recently, he made the decision to open his own pediatric dental clinic, allowing him to dedicate his efforts to the provision of pediatric dental care.

The Nehring family relocated to Montana with four children and while living in Great Falls, welcomed a fifth child. Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry aims to create a calming environment to facilitate relaxation for children during their dental visits. Following a two-year residency in Hawaii, the family moved to Eastern Washington before settling in Great Falls in 2019, where Dr. Nehring has focused on delivering high-quality pediatric dental services.

His objective is to offer exemplary pediatric dental care while ensuring that every visit is engaging and enjoyable for children. While working in general dentistry in Great Falls, Dr. Nehring discovered his passion for working with children and subsequently pursued specialized training in pediatric dentistry.

The Nehrings have fully embraced their life in Great Falls, where they intend to remain long-term. In addition to his professional endeavors, Dr. Nehring coaches football and wrestling, attends theatrical productions, and enjoys seasonal activities such as hunting and mountain biking along the Missouri River trails.

Mountain View Pediatric Dentistry began operations on Tuesday, October 1st, 2024, and caters to patients ranging from infancy to 18 years of age. The clinic also addresses concerns such as tongue-tie and lip-tie, conditions in which the frenulum is excessively tight, resulting in restricted movement. These conditions may lead to challenges with breastfeeding, speech, and oral hygiene. Dr. Nehring is trained to perform a procedure known as a frenectomy to alleviate ties and enhance function.
