Great Falls Police Department recently promoted three leaders. Congratulations to the following individuals on their well-deserved new roles.
Lieutenant Brian Black has been appointed to the position of Captain and now assumes leadership of the Investigations Bureau.
Sergeant Matt Fleming has been promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Having transitioned from the Patrol Bureau to the Support Services Bureau, he has assumed responsibility for overseeing the department’s training and officer on-boarding processes. Additionally, he will serve as the Public Information Officer.
911 Supervisor Kelly Johanneck has been promoted to the role of Deputy Director of the 911 Center, a newly established position within the department. In this capacity, Johanneck will prioritize efforts to recruit talent for the 911 Center and enhance the leadership capabilities of the 911 dispatchers.
