The Montana Aging Services Bureau will be holding Legal Document Clinics on Thursday, July 25th and Friday, July 26th at the Great Falls Public Library from 9 am to 5 pm.

Legal professionals will assist participants in completing their estate planning documents at no cost. The program serves seniors, adults with disabilities, and enrolled tribal members. The services are not designed to handle complex estates or large assets, and they do not handle any trusts.

•    Durable Power of Attorney for Financial
•    Declaration of Living Will

•    Indian Wills

Professionals will help seniors draft, review, notarize and copy each document. Free resources and educational materials will be available.

Space is limited and appointments must be made in advance. To register or find out more, contact Katy Lovell, Legal Service Developer at 406-444-7787 or 1-800-332-2272.
