Marcel and Lance Stricker established their business, Absolute Cleaning & Improvements, in 2022. They take pride in working together as a team, providing home cleaning services and undertaking minor repair work such as building shelving, flooring, patching walls, fixing light fixtures, and landscaping.
Their services range from move-in cleaning, and move-out cleaning, to providing regular biweekly services for clients. “It was mainly just spending time together and we kind of dreamed that we would be able to do home renovations and buy and flip them,” explained Marcel.
Marcel and Lance met while both working at a nursing home in Great Falls. With their background of working in this field, they offer assistance to clients dealing with health issues, going beyond cleaning to support them with everyday tasks, offering to help them get up and down stairs and any extra tasks they might ask for. “We make it personal,” explained Marcel. “Getting to know what our clients want, what they need, and how they like things.”
