After the passage of the Library Levy in June 2023, the Great Falls Public Library has committed to opening seven days per week and expanding its open hours per day. On June 8, the GFPL will roll out these changes to the hours, which will be as follows:
Library Open:
Monday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday: 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Pickup Window:
Monday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Tuesday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Thursday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Sunday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
The Bookmobile expands its hours starting in June, also. See the image below for a full rundown of times and locations it will visit. As part of the levy passage, the Bookmobile also restarts its homebound delivery service, which will be done on Saturdays. People who have a need for the homebound delivery can sign up by calling Sara Linder-Parkinson at 406-453-0349 ex. 213.
