This week’s Electric City Boxing Club Fighter of the Week is Kyle Raulston

Kyle Raulston is 24 years old and went to school in Shelby, Montana. He has an amateur boxing record of 1 win and 0 losses.

Kyle says that his Uncle Don was a fighter and that is what made him want to join boxing. His Uncle  Don was an instructor for Tai Kwon Do and BJJ. Kyle’s dad also fought in the Golden Gloves, so Kyle figured he would do well as a fighter also.

Kyle says the hardest thing about boxing is to keep pushing when you’re tired. He says the best feeling about boxing is the feeling he gets of accomplishment after a night of training.

Boxing has taught Kyle responsibility, patience and most of all discipline. Kyle’s family is a believer of God. One of his grandmas survived the Wounded Knee Massacre.  Kyle looks up to his Grandma Elsie Mach.
