Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Montana is proud to announce that it has received the prestigious Platinum Award from Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. This award recognizes the agency’s steadfast commitment to fostering impactful mentorship and driving significant growth in its programs throughout 2023.

The Platinum Award is a distinction that is awarded to agencies that have fulfilled the criteria for both the Impact and Growth Awards, a testament to their dedication to serving their community and advancing the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters.

“Winning the Platinum Award is a great honor for our organization,” said John Hageman, Chairman of the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Montana. “It shows our staff’s hard work and dedication and the incredible support from our community and donors. It is great motivation to continue to improve upon these high standards in the communities we serve.”

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Montana demonstrated remarkable success in meeting or surpassing key retention rate benchmarks to earn the Impact Award, including achieving a retention rate 5% higher than the national average.

The agency’s commitment to growth is further highlighted by the Growth Award, which recognizes increases in the number of children served.
