There’s a new ice cream business in town called Nitro Creamery. The owners are a local couple who have been in the area for 17 years. They came across the concept of using liquid nitrogen to make ice cream about four years ago. “It just seemed like a cool concept. And then we finally found a building to put it up in and just saw something that Great falls didn’t have, and thought it’d be something that’s a pretty cool addition to it,” stated the owned of Nitro Creamery.

No ice cream scooped out of frozen buckets at Nitro Creamery, every order is fresh made to order.

Nitro Creamery will be open Monday through Thursday, 11 to 8, Friday and Saturday, 11 to 9, and closed on Sundays.
For more information call (406) 866-0239 or stop by 1900 4th Street Northeast and tell them you found them in The Great Falls Gazette.
