From low back pain and migraines to pelvic, knee, and shoulder pain, Jennifer Guiles suffered from chronic pain for several years. She wanted to find a natural way to minimize the pain and found relief in massage.
Jennifer went to school for massage in Missouri and has spent the past 17 years studying a variety of massage styles including migraine relief, pelvic ring dysfunction, therapeutic cupping, trigger point therapy, hot stone therapy, prenatal massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, reflexology, and more. She has worked with several different chiropractor offices, spas, and corporate wellness programs.
Jennifer is a Licensed Massage Therapist for both states of Montana and Missouri and is in the process of becoming certified as a personal trainer, wellness coach, and Pilates instructor. She achieved her Board Certification in therapeutic massage and bodywork, which is the highest voluntary credential a massage therapist can obtain within the profession, by providing proof of a minimum of 750 hours of education, 250 hours of professional, hands-on work experience, passing a criminal background check, agreeing to uphold The National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics, and passing the Board Certification Exam. “My clients are always amazed at how much better they feel after a session. Sometimes it hurts so good and other times we may just want to relax. Either way, getting to the root of your pain concern is my top priority,” explained Jennifer.
She and her husband both grew up in small towns and met in Missouri. They both loved Montana and when they had the chance to move here for his job, they decided it would be a great move for them. At that time, Jennifer started the long process of moving her business to Montana, along with giving their son the chance to finish high school.
In the beginning of August of 2023, Jennifer opened the doors to her Great Falls office for the first time.
