Opening of Asian Mix 2 Restaurant at Holiday Village Mall

Mi and Saw have recently opened their second restaurant, Asian Mix 2 which is now open for business at the Holiday Village Mall. “I am not a professional chef, but I have love for cooking,” she stated. This passion was highlighted when a friend was so delighted by Mi's cooking that she was moved to tears. This experience inspired Mi to prepare meals for others and transform her passion into a business endeavor. Prior to the establishment of Asian Mix, Dillon had no Asian dining options. Mi was motivated to share her passion for cooking in order to meet this community need. Although the business initially began as a food truck in 2019, Mi opted to sell the truck to focus entirely on the restaurant. On February 1st, 2023, Mi and Saw launched Asian Mix in Dillon, Montana, building on the success they achieved with their food truck. Asian Mix is a family-owned and family-operated restaurant that offers an array of delectable dishes, including Thai, Myanmar, Chinese, Japanese cuisine, and sushi. The strategic location within the mall allows customers to shop conveniently and enjoy a meal when they feel hungry. Mi expressed her appreciation for the welcoming community of Great Falls. For her, the essence of the restaurant extends beyond financial gain, it is a means of sharing food created with heartfelt dedication. “I have only prepared a poor meal one time,” she humorously noted. That, she explained was when her husband upset her which was the only time her cooking lacked love.
