BlackedOut 406 Taxi and Limousine has confirmed that this Friday, March 6th, will be their final day of operation. The last run for the business will be at 10 PM on Friday. The receptionist mentioned that, according to her boss, Ryan Perrin, it has been a challenging couple of months.
