Eighteen-year-old Faith Bray was involved in a serious accident when she was struck by a car while riding her motorcycle near her home. She was quickly taken to the emergency room, where she required immediate surgery and intensive wound care. Unfortunately, the accident resulted in multiple fractures, severe contusions, and extensive wounds that would take months to heal.
After spending several days in intensive care, Faith had to remain in the hospital for an extended period, during which she began her rehabilitation and physical therapy.
To facilitate her recovery at home, significant modifications were needed. Her home was made accessible with the installation of ramps, railings, and medical equipment to aid her mobility. As a result of the accident and her treatment, Faith and her family faced mounting medical expenses, including costs for emergency room care, multiple surgeries, follow-up procedures, daily wound care, physical therapy sessions, and necessary home adaptations.
To support Faith during this challenging time, a GoFundMe campaign was launched. Donations will help cover her treatment, rehabilitation expenses, and other critical needs as she continues her recovery journey.
Faith has already undergone several surgical procedures to repair her shattered leg and eliminate an infection. While she has returned home, she still faces a long road ahead in her recovery process.
