On October 7th at 10:12 am, crews from the Sun Prairie Volunteer Fire Department were dispatched to respond to an injury accident at the Vaughn entrance.
Emergency responders from the Cascade County Sheriff/Coroner’s Office, Montana Highway Patrol, MANG, Great Falls Emergency Services, Vaughn Fire, and Mercy Flight also joined the response efforts.
One individual was transported to Benefis Hospital via Mercy Flight. Preliminary indications suggest that the individual may have experienced a medical emergency, which led to the vehicle going off the road.
The responding crews extend their gratitude to the public for their attentiveness and cooperation with first responders during the traffic congestion that ensued.
