The Great Falls Electric continues to shine on the court as they continue to show the rest of the teams in The Basketball League (TBL) how to win games.

On Friday, the Great Falls Electric hosted the Vancouver (WA) Volcanoes in their third meeting of the season and first in Montana. After securing an 86-83 win (game story) on March 15th in Washington and then lit up the scoreboard in a 146-109 win on April 5th (game story), Great Falls was eager to show their home fans their high-flying offensive attack.

Antwaan Cushingberry scored a team-high 33 points and teammate KD Moore added 31 to lead the undefeated Great Falls Electric to a 172-135 victory over the visiting Vancouver (WA) Volcanoes for their eleventh consecutive victory of the 2025 season. Lyle Hexom pulled down 11 boards and Brandon Jones led the way in assists with 11.

Cushingberry went 9-for-13 behind the arc as he showed his long distance range for head coach Steve Keller’s squad. Moore also was unstoppable by making 13 of his 15 field goals.

Denzel Banks topped the Volcanoes with 52 points in 48 minutes. Jaylyn Richardson and Darius Gary combined for 56 points. The Volcanoes only dressed six players for the game.

The first quarter saw neither lead by more than 14 points as the home team led 44-33 after the first twelve minutes. KD Moore and Vancouver’s Jaylyn Richardson opened up the game trading baskets with the Volcanoes leading 3-2 55 seconds into the contest. The period saw the game tied three times.

Darius Gary scored the first five points for Vancouver to start the second quarter. Terry “TJ” Maston scored on a layup 70 seconds into the frame to give the Electric a 46-38 lead. Later in the period, Vancouver cut their deficit to 48-44 on a fadeaway jumper by Denzel Banks. Both teams went over a minute without scoring before Dexter Williams, Jr.’s back-to-back baskets led to a timeout. The final seven minutes had the Electric outscoring the Volcanoes, 31-22 for an 83-66 advantage as both teams went into halftime.

Roberto Gittend and Darius Gary answered the start of the third quarter with seven straight points before KD Moore stopped the Electric’s drought as Great Falls maintained a 12 point lead (85-73). In addition to Moore scoring, the Electric had six other players get in the scoring column in the third period including Tremont Robinson-White, Antwaan Cushingberry, Dexter Williams, Jr., Terry “TJ” Maston, Mykal Jenkins, and Davien Harris-Williams. Great Falls held a 127-100 lead with twelve minutes remaining.

The home team never relinquished their 27 point lead in the fourth period. The Electric started with a 12-6 run highlighted by a dunk from former Choteau High School standout, Isaac Howard. Great Falls’ offense outshined Vancouver throughout the 48 minute contest, putting up 45 points in the final quarter.
