The Montana Solstice Arts & Craft Show is proud to present its 4th Annual event on December 7th and 8th from 10 am to 5 pm. The event will take place at the Holiday Village Mall on the lower level, encompassing the Herberger’s hallway area and every vacant store, extending up to Bath and Body Works, including the adjoining hallway.
The 4th Annual Montana Solstice Arts & Craft Show will highlight the unique talents of artisans from across the state of Montana, showcasing a diverse array of products throughout the mall. On Saturday, attendees can enjoy the presence of Santa and the Grinch from 11 am to 4 pm. Santa and Mrs. Claus will return on Sunday from 10 am to 1 pm. Additionally, there will be a designated area for children’s activities, where young attendees can engage in coloring and crafting festive items.
In 2021, the first Montana Solstice Arts & Craft Christmas Show featured 15 participants. Last year over 3,000 attendees were welcomed through the doors. The vendor lineup this year includes over 100 participants from various regions of Montana, with additional vendors expressing interest in participating.
The Montana Solstice Arts & Craft Show further supports the community by providing a waiver of booth fees for non-profit organizations, allowing them to conduct fundraisers. Organizations this year include Pet Pawsee, Bikers for Kids in Need, and Wagging Tails.
In addition to the Christmas event, they also organize a summer show, which is held at the fairgrounds. This partnership consists of three individuals who, as vendors, transitioned to promoters to better cater to the needs of fellow vendors.
The Montana Solstice Arts & Craft Show invests over $1,000 in advertising for each show to ensure effective promotion of the event. They allow vendors longer setup times than some shows to accommodate the diverse needs of vendors, understanding that some may require more time to prepare than others.
