NorthWestern Energy Power Line Work Requires River’s Edge Trail Detour
NorthWestern Energy is upgrading two existing power lines near Rainbow Dam that run south across the Missouri River and the River’s Edge Trail area.
For the safety of crews and the public, a detour on a section of the River’s Edge Trail on the south side of the Missouri River and east of Rainbow Dam is in place until mid-June.
Trail users are asked to watch for signs and use the detour.
The power line upgrade will enhance service reliability for NorthWestern Energy’s customer in the area.
