Great Falls, Mont – As many of our readers know, the Great Falls Gazette chooses not to endorse political candidates, platforms, parties, or social reforms as a matter of principle. This is because, as individuals, we have a variety of opinions and because we feel our job is to present facts to our readers and let them interpret those facts for themselves. Our Readers Voice section allows readers to share their thoughts positively.
We do not edit any reader’s letters that are posted, and because of that, we have a few guidelines. Letters that contain coarse language, incite violence, attack persons or places, slander or libel persons & organizations, promote illegal activity, or that are outright untruthful will be quietly rejected. We prefer positive letters that promote a particular opinion based on that opinion’s positive values and items that point out a problem and give a real practical solution.
Reader’s letters will always be signed with the writer’s first and last initials and the town they are from. However, when sending letters, we require your full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. Reader’s letters are included in our paper as space permits, and we can not guarantee either placement in the paper or when that letter will be printed.
You may submit your letter online, by email at readersvoice@gfgazette.com or by mail at:
